Private Aerial & Pole Event Options & Pricing

  • Private Class

    60 minutes

    ● Base price: $200 (covers host/guest of honor)

    ● Additional guests: $40 per person

    ● Details: 60 minutes of instruction only. No decor or refreshments allowed.

    ● Personalized booking link: We create a link with your event title, image, and description so your guests can register and pay individually.

  • Private Party

    90 minutes (60 min instruction + 30 min social time)

    ● Base price: $300 (covers host/guest of honor)

    ● Additional guests: $45 per person

    ● Details: 60 minutes of instruction plus 30 minutes of social time to use as you like. You may include light refreshments or décor. Additional social time can be purchased in 30-minute increments for $100 each.

    ● Personalized booking link: We create a link with your event title, image, and description so your guests can register and pay individually.

  • Full Studio Experience

    2 Hours (45 min instruction in pole + 45 min instruction in lyra, aerial yoga, or mat yoga + 30 min social time)

    ● Base price: $350 (covers host/guest of honor)

    ● Additional guests: $50 per person

    ● Details: Full use of both rooms and two apparatuses. Includes 45 minutes of instruction per apparatus and 30 minutes of social time, which can be used as you wish (refreshments, light décor, mingling, etc.).

Private Yoga Offerings

    ● Maximum class size: 30 participants

  • Private Party

    ● Additional guests: $20 per person

    ● Details: 60 minutes of instruction plus 30 minutes of social time. Guests may bring light refreshments or décor. Additional social time can be purchased for $100 per 30 minutes.

Group Size Guidelines

● Pole: 12 poles available. Maximum 33 participants.

No more than 22 recommended for best experience.

● Aerial Hoop: 8 hoops available. Maximum 24 participants.

No more than 16 recommended for best experience.

● Aerial Yoga: Maximum 10 participants.

● Mat Yoga: Maximum 30 participants.

Important Things to Note:

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to celebrate with you, and we hold your event time just for you. Because of this, all private event payments are non-refundable unless the cancellation is caused by Peace in Movement.

If You Need to Cancel

● The base event fee is non-refundable. (However, we’re happy to issue a full credit of the base fee that can be used toward other Peace in Movement offerings - such as classes, memberships, or future events that occur within 6 months.

● Individual guest tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes “no-shows” and last-minute cancellations.

If the Studio Cancels

If we ever need to cancel due to an unexpected studio issue, you will receive a full refund of the base fee and all guest tickets—or we’ll happily reschedule you at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

You’re welcome to request a new date at least 7 days before your event. Approval depends on instructor and space availability.
