Sweat & Serenity is a special collaboration between Be Miyghty Fitness and Peace in Movement, two Black-owned Silver Spring businesses. This 75-minute class is designed to energize your body, calm your mind, and set your intentions for the year ahead.
The session begins with an empowering cardio kickboxing warm-up, followed by a restorative deep-stretch yoga flow to reset and ground yourself.
