  • Allison

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Allison Punch-Turner is a reader, writer and yogi. She was first introduced to yoga as an elementary student but it wasn’t until her early twenties when the practice felt accessible and meaningful. She loves the strength and power that yoga builds, while also creating space for yogis to feel present in both the body and the mind.

    She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 to deepen her understanding of yoga on and off the mat. Since then she has been passionate about using yoga to build community, promote svadyaya (or self-study), and create an atmosphere of self-love and mindfulness through combing both the physical asana practices and pranayama breathwork.

  • Dymond Dynasty

    POLE INSTRUCTOR

    Samone Tracey, also known as Dymond Dynasty, is a lover of dance, fitness, and all things active. She believes in the philosophy that health is wealth. She has always lived an active lifestyle and has participated in many dance and sporting events throughout her life. Her passion is in getting students to reach a potential that they didn't know they could, gaining newfound confidence leaving class that they didn't have when they first walked in.

    POLE, YOGA, AERIAL INSTRUCTOR

    Faith Choh is a multifaceted movement specialist with a diverse background encompassing over a decade of experience in dance, personal fitness, bodybuilding, aerial fitness, and mindful movement. Her impressive track record includes securing the first place championship in PSO level 4 and emerging as the victorious WNY Freestyle Championship winner in the advanced category.

    Faith completed her 200 hour yoga and Xpert pole certifications and blends expertise across multiple disciplines. Her philosophy centers on student empowerment, showing that dedication and positivity can unlock remarkable potential. With a background in bodybuilding, dance, aerial fitness, and mindful movement, her dynamic, uplifting approach shines through in every class.

  • Jasmine

    POLE, AERIAL YOGA, LYRA INSTRUCTOR

    Jasmine Williams began her pole fitness journey in 2014, which opened the door to a wide range of mindful and artistic movement practices. She has a 200-hour yoga certification and is also ACE certified in group fitness, Xpert certified in aerial hammock. She draws on her experience as both a lawyer and professor to cue classes in a way that supports all types of learners. Jasmine is passionate about helping students feel into their bodies, discover their own strengths, and move with greater awareness. Her classes are run with both efficiency and care, creating a productive yet supportive environment for growth.

  • Johari

    POLE, LYRA INSTRUCTOR

    Johari is a DC based instructor, performer, and event curator. She enjoys blending choreography and freestyle seamlessly together in her classes and performances. She passionately helps students to analyze their movements to achieve that elusive pole trick. Johari loves to travel, especially for pole retreats. She is one of the founders of J.E.S., which hosts a variety of events for the DMV pole community.

  • Jordan

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Jordan Madison was first introduced to yoga in high school and grew to love it throughout college and grad school, where it became her grounding practice. Now a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist, she values mental wellness and recognizes that movement can be just as healing as talk therapy. In 2024, she earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and began hosting Jam Sessions—wellness workshops with journaling, affirmations, and mindfulness—to bring holistic wellness to the community.

    Students can expect a gentle vinyasa flow that connects body and breath, ideal for beginners or anyone seeking to unwind. Her hope is that each student leaves with simple ways to weave mindfulness and self-care into their routine, supported by a calming playlist of her favorite jams.

  • Lavender

    POLE, YOGA INSTRUCTOR

    Krista Montgomery, otherwise known as Lavender, has four years of experience with low flow, intermediate tricks, and floor work. Her pole journey inspired her to become a yoga instructor to help her feel more grounded and centered in her movement. She is passionate about the release of tension pole provides, and the like minded community surrounding pole fitness.

    Lavender’s teaching style focuses on improving fluidity and flexibility. With a strong base in yoga, Lavender uses mindfulness practices to help students be present with their movement. Her favorite genre to dance to is R&B. Artists like SIR, Massago, and Ari Lennox are always on her playlist.

  • Lotus

    POLE INSTRUCTOR

    Movement has always been a constant in Danielle “Lotus” Moody’s life—shaped by years of dance, periods of at-home yoga, and even a short-lived season as a runner. But it was her return to pole in 2020 that brought her the greatest joy.

    Through her pole journey, she discovered she is stronger, braver, and more capable—on and off the pole—than she ever imagined, and she hopes to inspire others to uncover the same within themselves. Her goal is for students to leave feeling hopeful and excited to continue their movement journey.

  • Spiritual Float

    POLE, STRENTGH, MOBILITY INSTRUCTOR

    Saidah Hardwick is a passionate movement artist and instructor who brings vibrant energy, creativity, and care to every class she leads. With a background in pole dancing, Performing, personal training, and strength building, she specializes in helping students at all levels feel empowered in their bodies and confident in their expression. Her teaching approach blends technical precision with a deep respect for each student’s unique journey, creating an uplifting space where growth, safety, and self-discovery come first.

    Outside the studio, Saidah performs under the name Spiritual Float, captivating audiences with dynamic aerial, stilt, and showgirl acts at private events and celebrations across the DMV. She is deeply inspired by movement as a form of healing, burlesque storytelling, and liberation, and her work aligns with Peace in Movement’s mission to hold inclusive, joyful, and mindful spaces for all bodies.

  • Temper

    Jaylah “Temper” Clark began pole dancing in 2021 in Atlanta before moving to Anchorage, where she trained virtually for three and a half years. Rooted in Carmine Black’s methodology, her style blends technique, sensuality, and embodiment to create movement that feels both skillful and deeply expressive. In class, she fosters curiosity, individuality, and confidence, encouraging students to interpret music in their own way and develop an authentic movement style on both pole and aerial hoop.

    Outside of the studio, Temper is a community-builder, and co-owner of The Movement Atrium in Anchorage, AK, which she operates remotely. Her work aligns Peace in Movement’s values, and she is honored to integrate into the Movement Community in the DMV. When she’s not teaching, you can find her curating playlists that set the tone for her classes or engaging in conversations that inspire personal and collective growth.

    POLE INSTRUCTOR

    For Yoon Sung pole was love at first class back in 2014. She is passionate about movement and the connection between the body, mind and spirit. Her movement journey began with yoga back in 1995 and continues today. As a public school teacher for over 20 years she is skilled at the art of teaching and learning. Her passion lies in spreading the gospel of pole and movement to anyone who is looking to try something new, build strength, and grow confidence.
