Join us the first Friday of every month for a beginner-friendly Heels Flow pole class designed to move, stretch, and awaken your body. Progressions are offered for more seasoned movers.
Wear something that makes you feel good and comfortable. Pole heels only—no street shoes. Heels are recommended but not required, and knee pads are highly recommended.
BYOB wine - toast yourself and the community around you. Open-minded first-timers are welcome and sure to have a fun, empowering experience.
