Pole Foundations

Pole Foundations is designed for first-time students and those new to pole. You'll learn the fundamental grips, spins, and techniques in a supportive environment, with a focus on safe movement and building comfort around the pole. Class starts on static and ends with an introduction to spinning pole.  No experience needed—just come as you are. Wear or bring shorts!

Beginner Pole Technique

Explore grounded and upright spins, transitions, and basic moves. This class focuses on building foundational strength and control, with a chance to begin exploring grounded hand balances. This class is great for beginners with some pole experience. First-timers should start with Pole Foundations before moving into Beginner Technique.

Advanced Beginner Pole Technique

This class bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate. Students will build strength and control for climbing, begin exploring basic inversions, and start connecting moves into short sequences. Ideal for those comfortable with upright spins and ready to get off the ground.

Advanced Beginner–Intermediate Pole Technique

This class bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate levels, supporting students as they build strength and confidence in climbing, inversions, and sequencing. We’ll work on foundational tricks like genie and Jasmine, introduce basic inversions, and begin combining movements with control and creativity. Ideal for students comfortable with upright spins and ready to get off the ground—or for those building fluidity and transitions in their inverted work.

Intermediate Pole Technique

This class is for students who feel confident climbing and can hold sideways shapes like genie and Jasmine. Students will feel most comfortable if they have a basic invert or another way of getting upside down. We’ll start combining tricks and explore new ways to transition with control and creativity.

Intermediate/Advanced Pole Technique

This class is for students who feel confident climbing and can comfortably hold sideways shapes like genie and jasmine. You should have a solid invert or another consistent method of getting upside down. We’ll continue building aerial awareness and control while exploring dynamic transitions, hand balances, and flexibility-based tricks. Expect to challenge your strength, fluidity, and creativity as we combine intermediate and advanced skills into flowing combinations. Best for students with strong foundational skills and a desire to level up their aerial work.
