Move, breathe, and then learn. We’ll start with a 30-minute grounded flow to open the body and nervous system, followed by a mini soundbath. Then Johanna will walk you through simple, accessible ways to connect with a crystal singing bowl — how to strike, how to circle without chatter, and how to weave sound into yoga, meditation, or personal practice. Please bring your own bowl (or set) and mallet. Perfect for teachers, space-holders, and sound-curious students. No experience needed.
