JAM Session Wellness Workshop

wellness workshop dedicated to being a safe space for attendees to practice self care through journaling, affirmations and mindfulness. Not everyone has access or the desire to go to therapy. So as a therapist + yoga instructor, it is my goal to provide people with therapeutic ways to take care of themselves that are low cost and accessible. While also creating a sense of community to meet others and know they’re not alone.

What to expect from a JAM Session?

Journaling: introspective prompts to help you reflect on your emotions + needs, and ability to share with others to facilitate community building.

Affirmations: Creating affirmation jars as a keepsake to remind you of your power, worth, and what you have to be grateful for.

Mindfulness: A short guided meditation, followed by a 50 minute yoga flow to help connect mind + body.

Attendees will receive blank journals, pen, post -its, affirmation jars, and tea light candles to take home.
